Growing up with his family’s Italian restaurants in Chicago and inspired by the mobster era, Nico Santucci created Capo’s Restaurant in Las Vegas, a real “Speakeasy” featuring actual Al Capone’sFamily Secret sauces on their hand-made pastas.
Capo’s has served over a million diners, no small feat for an independently owned restaurant, and is known for having THE best meatballs on Earth! (Anyone wanna challenge?!) He has been featured on many TV shows, including Food Network & Food Channel, numerous magazine publications & radio shows.
Nico is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Black Door Global, a
real estate development and lifestyle company as well as Elite Management
Services, which includes restaurant, nightlife, commercial food processing and
real estate divisions. He is also a philanthropist, having raised funds for Safenest, a Las Vegas
charity helping abused women and children. Currently Las Vegas’ “most eligible
bachelor”, he lives with his l’il tiger A.K.A. Monster Serval (who FYI, was on
the cover of Las Vegas Weekly)!
